It seems like the discipline will be valid for all classes. Most of the gliders are at home.

2011-07-26 16:17:44

From the tower we can see more than 15 gliders on the runway. Massive landings are taking place.

2011-07-26 16:14:16

More than 20 gliders from the club class are home, 5 gliders from the world class and the double seaters are on the final glide.

2011-07-26 15:50:35

Landings have just started. First gliders home are from the club class.

2011-07-26 15:42:22

We can see trailers leaving the airport. Outlandings mainly from standard class were reported.

2011-07-26 14:29:15

All gliders are in the air. We have already one outlanding reported.

2011-07-26 13:28:41

The world class is in the air and pilots have reported thermals 1m/s. First launch for other classes is planned for 1:30pm. The window that we hoped for  has come and first cumulus appeared. Check the webcam.

2011-07-26 12:53:09

First launch for the world class is confirmed to 1pm.

2011-07-26 12:35:34

First launch is posponed to 1pm. The continual layer of clouds is slowly dissolving and we can see first sunshine.

2011-07-26 11:33:31

The tasks for today are in the teamboxes now. Short racing tasks for all classes with the distance from 104 to 126 km. First launch is planned for 12:45.

2011-07-26 10:55:12

The weather conditions are still quite difficult. High and middle clouds emitted from the southeast are decreasing the development of cumulus clouds. Despite that task setters are preparing a short racing task for all classes.

2011-07-26 10:50:08

We have two birthdays today:) Our fellow member of jury Angela Sheard and a pilot from the team of Sweden Ronny Lindell. Všetko najlepšie - Happy Birthday :)

2011-07-26 10:29:32

It is shortly after the briefing and the weather situation looks better than in last past days. Eventhough the sky is still cloudy and the air mass is unstable, we are not loosing our optimism and hope for a short task today. Pilots are getting ready. The tasks will be distributed at 12:00 loc.

2011-07-26 08:28:40

Good morning!

Despite the cloudy morning sky we hope for the flying day. Grid is for runway 15. Grid time is 12:15 and the first launch is planned for 12:30 so be ready.  See you at the briefing:)
