The Pribina Sailpane Grand Prix 2010 is over, but you should stay tuned for future events. Here is the schedule for the next one in Nitra:

The registration will start early January and will last until the end of February 2011. The selection criteria will not change.

The official winners of the Grand Prix in Nitra were announced and the prizegiving ceremony is over. Now the barbecue is taking place in the dinning room. Some pilots, who have a long journey in front of them, have already left. It is time to celebrate now :) Good night

It is shortly past 4 pm and all gliders are counted. The pilots say this was definitely the best day of the competition and it´s a pity all days was not like this one. We are glad the pilots enjoyed this day.

Cancelled Day!

We woke up into the cloudy morning. The weather forecast was promising a little window that might have enabled to fly a short task. Unfortunatelly, it came too late so the day was officialy cancelled. From 2 pm we had a chance to see a small air show. The flight of Turbo Cmelak, acrobatic Fox and a vintage glider Honza was shown. Some pilots tried flying with Honza and the acrobatics. In the evening, the presentation from Santiago Grand prix was played in the bar. The rain has come and most likely it will last till tomorrow.
