Meanwhile most of the gliders landed back to the airfield without completing their tasks. We can expect no valid day in all classes. Some of them are still enjoying ridge flying over Zobor. Anyway finally it is the first really warm day of the competition.

Endless launching procedure is over. Sky is still without any cummulus clouds. We will see if the weather allow pilots to finish their tasks.

The thermal activity is very weak. Couple of gliders have landed back to the airfield. Others are circling low about the ground. Therefore launching procedure has been paused and we are waiting for the next development.

Our metman Ivan expects weak thermal activity with cloud bases up to 1600m qnh. Therefore quite short Racing tasks have been set for all classes mostly to the east and south of Nitra.

First start is planned at 12 pm.
