Eight day
Today was a bit tricky day with a various amounts of higher clouds and strong SW winds - the direction which is quite rare in Nitra. Grid was on RWY 15 and launches started at noon, but they had to be interrupted several times due to many returning gliders. Later the decision was made, that only the 15 meter class and the Two Seater class will fly a task today, in Two Seaters the most of the crews were even able to finish the AAT task and the Day for them is valid. We spoke for example with Tapio from Finnland and his copilot, and they were happy at the end of the day. We guess they are not alone sharing this feeling. Evening concert, dancing and the farewell party went great and later in the bar we were surprised how much of the Slovak language some foreign crews have picked up!
